1. There also seemed to be a lack of bellhops as only one lady was handling all of the baggage for the people whose rooms were not ready.

7. As soon as I stepped off the elevator, I immediately noticed the lack of air conditioning in the hallway - considering it was in the mid 90's in Cincinnati, the top floor in the hotel was incredibly hot.

10. Hotel was very pleasing to the eye, however room amenities was lacking, and pool facilities were substandard for a hotel of this class, and staff was arrogant and unhelpful.
