The hotel DID score MAJOR points with me on two issues that constantly annoy me with hotel rooms:(1) The in-room safe was big enough to take a standard-sized laptop(2) The VERY spacious (almost walk-in) wardrobe had a more than sufficient number of hangersThese are always two of my pet peeves - and the Westin ticked both boxes.

5. Only issue is that the wired internet is slow, the wireless disconnects all the time, and cell data service is scarce (both my AT&T iPhone and my Verizon laptop card).
