1. The hotel is fairly centrally located, but for the first timer, the Reception desk is a little hard to find, being located on the 1st floor - um, errr, that's 2nd floor to you USA-persons.

7. It was very confusing to a lot of people and since we were on a low floor and it was hard to make it recognize the key, the elevator would constantly miss our floor and we would have to ride to the top.
