2. I always complain to management about the cleanliness of my room and they always correct the problem for that week but the next week the problem exists (75% of the time).

4. So I don't expect a particularly special room and don't complain when I get a 7th floor room with a view of a restaurant (supposedly a view of the 'fountain' but it's so low it's more like a view of this restaurant below with a bunch of fans in a greenhouse style).
