1. It is near the airport and it isn't dirty or loud.

2. at check-in, you have to sign a release stating that you won't have outside visitors in the hotel after 10pm, you won't leave your room door open past 10pm, no running in the hallways, no loud noises, etc.

4. We have stayed in many hotels and this is one of very few that we found were not kept awake or woken in the morning by slamming doors and people talking loudly in the halls.
