1. I was so tired after being diverted from Denver to Birmingham due to bad weather, and then getting into a terrible storm between Birmingham and Charlotte and having to fly way out of the way to try and get out of it.

3. Staff was terrible, called to confirm and lied to from staff about the room having 2 beds, called due to having a broken nose and needing 2 beds.
