1. Though the bed is cozy and the TV is new, the rooms (both first room and subsequent room) had a musty odor.

2. The room had an unknown smell (it wasn't smoke, but it was almost like a musty odor) and while inspecting the bed, there were stains on the mattress pad (on a side corner)that looked like dried blood.
