The pool and hot tub area was pretty but

ing because the chlorine smell was so strong my husband could only stay in the hot tub for a few minutes.

I am a very frequent business traveller at Platinum level with both Marriott and Starwood, but have been frequently
disappoint
ed this year at both brands wih the lack of upgrades - is everyone Platinum these days? But this Marriott really stood out among the pack of business oriented super brands.

ed because I had called and confirmed on several occasions the reservations and requests of the wine, strawberries, and flowers, and was assured each time that ALL arrangements would be taken care of.

I am also
disappoint
ed that although my husband included a comment about the excessive noise and poor response from staff in his response to the standard 'how was your visit' survey he received upon our return home, we have received no reply or acknowledgment of any kind--nearly a month after the survey was returned.
