1. Marriot is denying they have them because they don't want to pay a company to get it corrected? You've had now 3 counts of people telling you they've been bitten by bed bugs and you wouldn't pay a guest $30 for dry cleaning? What kind of business are you? Don't you realize that 50 satisfied customers don't say a thing but one unhappy customer posts 3 comments online and 5,000 people will read it.

2. Pay a customer $30 for his dry cleaning when he was bitten by bed bugs instead of denying it so you don't have to pay to get it fixed.

4. The extermination company comes to my house and runs a bed bug test, yup, now I have a bed bug infestation.

6. Over the past few weeks, i have been feeling as if I was being bitten but it chalked it off to mosquitoes but now that I have bumps showing up all over my abdomen and sides that don't itch like mosquitoe bites, I'm horrified and pissed that I may actually now have a bed bug problem.
