2. After informing the hotel of the problem, every staff member I spoke with in the kitchen and at the front desk fully accepted responsibility, expressed genuine concern that I was OK, apologized, and offered some way of making amends.

5. Another problem which was not the hotel's was that there were many teenagers there who were running up and down the halls, slamming doors until around 2 am.

8. I experienced intermitent ongoing issues with the hotel's wireless network, which presents a problem when away on a business trip.

The staff could not have done enough to try and rectify the situation, which included sending 2 different technicians to my room, apologizing profusely for the problem, offering to change my room on numerous occassions, rebooting the hotel's wireless network entirely, accomodating me with free beverage coupons, and untimately asking for me to meet with the hotel Manager to receive a personal apology.

10. I don't like to complain, and since I was only staying one night, I decided not to contact the front desk about all of these problems.
