3. The only complaint I had was was the coffee in the lobby was not not available until 6:00 or 6:30 UGH.

4. Only complaint she had was we could hear our neighbors laughing and carrying on throughout the night that woke her several times, she was anticipating a wonderful, quiet sleep in the comfortable bed away from her three children.

Me and my husband had went to the Panthers and Steelers game and afterwards went back to the room and i have to say i had no problems with the place we stayed the staff was excellent and Bret the guy that took us to the game was a really nice guy and afterwards he was across from us and seen us and he waited and made sure we got back over to the Crowne Plaza the room was great and i slept like a baby i loved all the pillows it was just great no complaints at all and i would definetly stay there again.
