1. There was only one staff member who was helpful, she was nice but the other 6+ people we came in contact with had general bad attitudes, a dirty floor mop and cleaning materials were left in the floor for a couple hours (left for dinner and came back they were still laying there).

5. The rooms had obviously been updated since other parts of the hotel and they were not that bad although the tile grout looked a little dingy in my room.
