1. if you want to spend alot of money to walk down block to an ally to service elevatorled to wrong elevator at that to anasty kitchen and then walk down 4 flights of stairs to front desk to be led to another service elevator and be treated like dirt by unprofessional staff this is the place for you then they go out of their way to make this a total nightmare for your stay we left hotel if you want to call it that after a couple hours to stay at a real hotel HYATT so much better for that matter hell would be better so spend a coiuple hundred dollars to be put in a remodeled walk in closet.
