1. The only noise I had to deal with was the guy in the next room (I could hear him as if he were standing right next to me) and someone upstairs banging around to the point where I nearly went up there to confront them.

2. On Thanksgiving our waitress was barely present, they tacked on a 20% gratuity for a buffet where we served ourselves, and then the waitress overcharged us $150 on our bill, presented it suspiciously to the two people who had been drinking at the table, and then when confronted about her HUGE error, laughed it off and said she 'wondered why her 5 top was a higher bill than her 10 top'.
