3. The bathroom was amazing in the 'how did they fit all that in a 6x5 space?On the positive side it is quaint and right in the heart of boulder, on the negative it not full of amenities (like space).

4. Just one negative-there is no parking, you either have to pay $10 for valet each day, or be frugal like my husband and I and drive around about 5 blocks away looking for free parking.
