On Thanksgiving our waitress was barely present, they tacked on a 20% gratuity for a buffet where we served ourselves, and then the waitress overcharged us $150 on our bill, presented it suspiciously to the two people who had been drinking at the table, and then when confronted about her HUGE error, laughed it off and said she 'wondered why her 5 top was a higher bill than her 10 top'.

2. There is a bellboy who has to operate the only elevator which is miniscule, barely closet sized.
