1. One problem was that the heat was on and Boston was suddenly in its summer temperatures so the room was boiling, but there was an AC unit in the room so it was okay.

2. However, although we had a couple of small problems at first (room on third floor with no elevator, which was a problem for my mother, and not too confortable mattress on sofa-bed), the staff, and particularly Ritza, were marvelous.

3. We had a problem with the TV asked the front desk if they could have a look at it and they finally got round to fixing it on the last night we were there as we happened to catch the maintenance man on the stairs.

5. My only problem here was the traffic noise on the street outside, but it is the cental city and I live in a very quiet neighborhood.
