2. yes it is out dated but its an old historical building My husband and I enjoyed the charm and got to see what it was like to live in Boston.

3. Furnishings were dated, armchair was stained and old (ugh), coffeemaker obviously unused for a long period with old stains in the water well, dining table chair seats were sunken.
