1. Also, the hotel runs close along a major road, so if you're on that side of the hotel, traffic noise might be an issue for you.

2. I will say that the hallway was rather loud in the morning, it was not an issue for us as we were up and out early, but if you want to sleep late this may not be the hotel for you.

3. Also, they have 24hr security guard so that concerned me if there's issues in the hotel.

5. I was greeted by a roach in the bathroom one morning, but colleagues who also stayed here did not have any issues with critters.

6. ) The only negative about this hotel (and it is not a major issue) is that the carpet running through foyer/hallways needs to be changed (badly) This hotel was perfect for our short term stay.

7. Going back to the light issue, we found that in order for our lights to work, the main room switch had to be in the off position and the table lights bulbs were blown.

I had a minor issue in my room one morning and within 30 minutes it had been sorted, I must say Ron who works on the front desk is a rock star, he and all the staff made my stay simply fantastic, so help with everything, from finding places to eat, to advice on what to see and to organising my travel back to Logan Airport, it was all made so simple for me.
