1. Once the facelift and decorating is finished it will leave little to complain about - there was a very strange vending machine in one corridor from which you could get hot pizza - only in America.

7. I didn`t feel like the unit was noisy like other people had mentioned but the fan in the bathroom was (but that can be shut off) The staff was all very friendly to us but we never had a need to complain.
