2. The cleaning staff, whom I met a couple times during my stay were thorough, and only entered my room when the 'Do Not disturb' sing was not displayed.

3. The television only worked 4 of the 7 days we were there and the maid actually yelled at us for not using the 'maid make up room' card correctly, probably due to some teenager thinking it was funny to flip the do not disturb side over.
