1. 4 miles walk to the nearest metro station; not bad of a walk although a little quiet at night, but we did not feel unsafe.

6. Great price compared with a lot of other places, only 5 minutes walk from the T Stop (Andrew - on the red line - 2 stops from South Station and 3 from Downtown Crossing so vey quick to centre of town) Didn't really feel unsafe both at night or in day as its just a short walk from the station.

10. Well-equipped, spacious rooms, microwave & fridge, good breakfast, convenient to downtown by car or by the Tee (subway), attentive staff, South Boston neighborhood not too pretty, but didn't feel unsafe.
