1. very convenient to where i had to go for meeting, and near alot of good restaraunts and bars, and not too bad of a walk to the Boston Harbor.

3. 4 miles walk to the nearest metro station; not bad of a walk although a little quiet at night, but we did not feel unsafe.

7. However if you need budget hotel accommodation in Boston it's not a bad choice, about a 5-7 minute walk to the subway which was OK in the day, we didn't fancy the walk at night which meant taxis were required to get back to the hotel (between $10 to $17 from city centre).
