1. Although right next to the freeway, we weren't disturbed by any traffic noise (and our room was about as close as you could get to the road.

2. The only negatives I could come up with were that the walls seemed alittle thin and we could hear noise in the hallway at night, but it did not disturb us.

3. The walk to the T station was about 5 minutes (I can imagine the neighborhood being a bit scary for a woman by herself but we never encountered anything disturbing and it really is only a short walk) and the ride into Boston was less than 10 minutes.
