1. As a parent halfway around the world it was amazing to be able to count on the hotel to greet my son (and mom) and make his horrible day just a little better.

4. We asked to use the car to the airport and there was a $35 charge - not horrible but just unexpected since they told us at check-in there was a complimentary car available to us considering the airport is a 10 minute drive).
