"Great customer service does still exist, right here! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   2/26/2012 Vote
2. Even the mirror in our room had chips on it.
"Continues to be an outstanding choice " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/13/2011 Vote
3. There were chips and scratches on the furniture, the ceiling fixture was hanging askew, like the scene in a movie after wild frat house party, and I've had better service at a Day's Inn.
"$470 A Night & Not Worth It " Read full review on TripAdvisor   6/24/2009 Vote
4. In the days that followed, room service got our breakfast order wrong three consecutive mornings as well as one evening, our room was rarely turned down in the evening despite requesting it again and again, the drain in the bathtub was malfunctioning to the point where we showered up to our ankles every morning in water despite repeated requests to fix the problem, nobody at the front desk wished us a happy honeymoon, one front desk clerk still didn`t know our name or room number despite a six night stay, the teapots from room service were always badly chipped, and worst of all we returned one evening to our room to find that the stereo components had been pulled halfway off their shelf with their cords yanked out.
"Comedy of errors - and not funny! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   10/11/2005 Vote
