1. My only negatives was the decor of the room wasn't to my liking -but it was nicely styled for the New England setting; parking was $42 per night, OUCH.

4. The only minor negative comment about the hotel i can think of is that the air ventilation system was a bit noisy even when the aircon/heating was not on but perhaps this was only in our room.

7. The only negative that I encountered was on our last day me and my wife had breakfast at the restaurant and the waitress sort of flaked out and left us hanging for a very long time.
