1. Oh, and forty-two dollars to park my car? In the future, if I stay there again, I may have to think about complaining if they don't throw in a complementary tank of gas.

2. Already reviewed this hotel but just stayed there again and they have maintained their excellence and outdid themselves -- we had complained the previous time about scratchy sheets, and they had a note in our profile and when we arrived they informed us that they had taken care to select in-house laundered sheets for us this time to make sure they were soft.

5. I just had to share this experience because I over heard almost everyone of the clerks at the desk asking people who liked the hotel and had nothing to complain about to leave review here .

6. we did have housekeeping issues and when we called down to complain the young lady on the phone was sorta of ''snappy'' with me it almost felt like she was trying to say ''you're not the only one here you have to wait.

7. ) I was a little less impressed with the Eastern Standard (a service mishap that could have been fixed easily if we had asked about it, but we didn't, so no big deal), but the french toast I had there was delicious, so I can't complain too much.

10. Is this because all the others excell and this hotel does not? Our complain was that the front desk did not agree with a rate plan which is offered by the 2008 platinum directory of the Small Leading Hotels of the World.
