3. I really debated whether to rate this 4 or 5 stars due to the noise issue and the lack of bathroom wow-factor compared to Ritz Carlton, but the staff is so competent and the little extras like the Keuring and Kindle provided in the room won the day.

8. I loved the turn-down service, which is sadly lacking nowadays, even in the best hotels, and the Island Creek Oyster Bar (attached to the hotel) is a fantastic restaurant.
