1. One remakr is that they did not re-fill the mini bar during my stay but that is not really a big issue.

4. They went out of their way to help my mom with an issue she was having with her portable oxygen equipment.

5. I really debated whether to rate this 4 or 5 stars due to the noise issue and the lack of bathroom wow-factor compared to Ritz Carlton, but the staff is so competent and the little extras like the Keuring and Kindle provided in the room won the day.

6. The usual car horns, sirens and other city noises which are part of city like but aren't an issue at Ritz-Carlton or Taj Hotel in Boston.

7. Only issue was loud housekeepers in hall starting about 8am.

8. The latter looks good, buzzy and with a nice bar but we did not get to eat there because of the booking issue so I can't comment on the food.

9. Admittedly 1 occasion was because we had a booking issue at the ES restaurant and they did a great job at the Oyster Bar accommodating us on one of the busiest nigths of the year.

10. we did have housekeeping issues and when we called down to complain the young lady on the phone was sorta of ''snappy'' with me it almost felt like she was trying to say ''you're not the only one here you have to wait.
