4. One guy at the front desk though very nice had poor dental hygiene and when I went down to the cafe for an expensive toasted cheese sandwich they fobbed me off with a velveeta cheese atrocity.

5. I have stayed at many sheraton hotels around the world and to say this hotel is poor is an understatement.

6. hotel staff not readily available to answer phone, help with questions, the sunday brunch was pitiful, we were the only ones in the restaurant and i can see why, food poor quality and pricely,definintely overall not worth the $, i dont think it qualifies as four star.
