3. When we went to the front desk to express our frustration our stay and all these issues, the clerk barely apologized.

4. The staff tried to help, but when handicap facilities are needed and the hotel states they are compliant for handicapped persons, it is frustrating to find yourself not able to meet the needs of the person you are bringing to the hotel.
