2. While the front desk was responsive when I called to complain, I don't believe it was within their ability to control the noise level or their behavior of the guests staying at the hotel or attending the party that evening.

6. We complained to the manager on duty the next morning and she said that it was being handled at a higher level---in my opinion, they should have thrown him out---there was substantial damage to the wall, so they had every right.

7. Being a former hotel employee, I can tell you that you can only complain so much before the front desk staff and everyone else DOES STOP TO CARE because they feel they cannot please you, so why even try.

8. To everyone that complained about this hotel, I understand that parking sucked, and if you are going to park your own car, there SHOULD be no charge, so that sucked.

9. Our room was at the end of the hall so we didn't hear much traffic getting on and off the elevator but I did hear people complaining about having a room close to the elevator and all the noise.
