1. There was old, dirty caulk in the corners, rustry shower rails and a rickety, rusting pole holding up one end the the sink.

9. I was upset that the toilet was leaking and although the engineer did come promptly to fix the problem, he did clean up the dirty floor water with all of the towels and then threw them in the tub and did not have housekeeping replace them.
