8. )unfortunately, our baggage got lost from the bellhop to delivery to our room and it took a few phone calls for the staff to find it and deliver it (they were very apologetic)Room Pluses:Our room was on a high floor as we requested when we made our reservation, and we had a remarkable view of the entire inner harbour and city.
