2. We had a problem in our room with the smell of propane, the director of security was immediately up to address the issue and stayed to tell us some history about Baltimore and the view from the room.

3. Parking was expensive but even when I had problems using the multi stay card the staff in the car park and the hotel were awesome.

4. I am still giving the property a high rating because it is otherwise so nice and (I hope) it is just a temporary problem (although it had been going on for a couple of weeks, I found out).

5. Evidently there is a problem with the current system so they had brought in a temporary boiler which was parked on the side of the property.

9. Front desk reps were not knowledgeable about room locations and did not appear knowledgeable or proficient on the use of computers; the apparent desk manager was uninterested in assisting, even after a problem was apparent, and instead, opted for small talk.

10. The problems were minor and I would say that it falls just a bit short of being a 'very good' hotel but it's definitely better than average.
