1. The hotel didn't listen to me and they were extemely rude.

2. Without carrying on any longer I will just say that the manager Nick and all other staff that I dealt with were very very rude and unsympathetic to the situation and in no way, shape or form accepting any bit of responsibility of the matter.

3. There are so many I would like to complain about this hotel, but I can sum up by saying this; THE EMPLOYEES ARE RUDE.

4. I would guess that the snow had an affect on everyone's attitudes from the front desk clerk in training (who was going to make us wait for a room even though the hotel was empty), to the room service operator who forgot to write down half my order or the front desk clerk who insulted my companion and finally and most disturbingly the front desk managers who were not only incompetent but also quite rude and disrespectful.

6. The hotel DID remove the mistaken charge, but only after the front desk person was very rude and accusatory to both me and my husband.
