1. When I mentioned that I was told there was a plumbing problem, THEN the Artisan said 'oh, yeah, I think there was some plumbing issue also.

2. Without a doubt the worst hotel experience possible - terrible service, little amenities, constant issues and problems (no bottled water, actual water doesn't work), try calling room service (good luck) - the list goes on.

9. when we got to our room we were very impress on how nicely decorated it is the bathroom was big and very updated/ the only problem we had was that the jacuzzi tub did not work.
