1. When I mentioned that I was told there was a plumbing problem, THEN the Artisan said 'oh, yeah, I think there was some plumbing issue also.

3. Without a doubt the worst hotel experience possible - terrible service, little amenities, constant issues and problems (no bottled water, actual water doesn't work), try calling room service (good luck) - the list goes on.

4. we experienced no issues as other folks have stated with loud pool music at night nor did airplane noise keep us up.
