1. I had specifically mentioned to the lady that we had booked a deluxe room, and they could tell that I was getting frustrated, so they offered to put me up in the hotel next door, however if I had wanted to stay there, then I would have booked there in the first place.

2. worst I've ever seen in all my traveling, the hidden fees were frustrating and the hotel is right by the airport which is noisy since the planes come in right over head.
