2. - sidewalks VERY slippery when grass is watered- door locks didnt work correctly, several people in the hotel had to have cards rekeyed- tile in bathroom so slippery I fell- front desk personnel not friendly OR helpful- no patio furniture on our patio- safe broken- holes in wall- caught nasty infection after staying here.

3. All we could figure out is that the people who wrote those nasty reviews had a fluke experience there, or were just jaded because they went to Vegas thinking Bellagio or New York, New York.
