1. Our big issue was with house keeping, asked (and tipped) for more shampoo and conditioner, they took the cash, but never refilled them once during 6 nights, that's not enough for two adults.

7. I had one issues with noise on our last night, and on complaint the desk person handled it very professionally and graciously comped our last meal in the buffet.
