1. the carpets were very stained and dirty feeling, there was some kind of silly string clinging to the dirt on the outside of the big window, we had a non smoking room but we may as well been lighting up, the smell was thick as an ashtray.

2. All this on top of a dirty room, shower that didn't drain, Internet service that didn't work, clunky loud air condition, no fridge and if you want to use the kuerig there is a charge for the kuerig cups.

6. Now as to the rest of our stay, The Buffet, check the plates before you put your food on them, the majority were dirty, very dirty and we ate at the buffet for several meals, there were always lots of dirty plates in the clean stacks.
