1. It was incredibly frustrating and no apologies were offered for any of it.

2. They are very apologetic but still can not provide us with the room we reserved & paid for, The only thing available is a room in THE CARSON TOWER (The oldest & furthest from everything tower) As you can imagine my husband & I after almost 3 hours of standing there at the check in counter talking to numerous supervisors & clerks who didn't seem to know what to do with us are very frustrated and angry.

3. I was also frustrated that, unlike most hotels in the US, there was no fridge in the room - I can only have soya free milk, which needs refrigerating, but had to throw it away in the end because there was no way of keeping it cool.

5. As a guest of the hotel, I find it frustrating that you can't use the pool in the adult area without Renting a chair/daybed.

6. I must admit we will probably choose a different hotel in the future as it is too frustrating to myself the tour guide and the client waiting on the bus.
