It's unfortunate the Caesar's family has grown to include MANY less than classy hotels on The Strip such as Bally's, Harrah's, and Imperial Palace, and after a trip to Planet Hollywood this past weekend, I have to say that property failed to deliver most of what I would have expected from a newer, supposedly 'nicer' property with the Caesar's name attached.

3. The room was comfortable and quiet, with a nice bed and pillows, but a bit run-down, and unfortunately they gave me a lower level room overlooking the air conditioners.

4. There is certainly nothing remarkable about the rooms, the atmosphere is somewhat like a mid-grade cruise line and, unfortunately, the service level is very poor, especially in the restaurants which are understaffed and very poorly managed and operated.

8. unfortunately, the restaurant I usually select for the brunch buffet was undergoing renovations so I had to hit the strip for sustenance but I'm sure it will be better and brighter once they reopen.
