4. We have experienced a couple of extraordinary difficult check-ins, as reported by other reviewers, had our booked tower changed upon arrival, and have had to request new bath linens because he ones wer got were old and near threadbare.

Only negatives: $23 for lg drink at pool ridiculous -- cab line would go faster if 2 taxis could pull up at same time - getting general areas on 1st fl difficult w/all the add-ons over the yrs--not a straight shot to walk anywhere -- long way to Augustus Tower to use workout rm which costs $25 day per person.

8. I find it difficult to see people sitting on a casino floor eating a sandwich, there are places for them to go to do that, but many times we saw individuals or groups, just sitting around - not a good look.
