1. I suspect it is intentionally bad so that it forces you out of the room and into the casino.

ShoppingAttached to the forum shops - nice to browse but extremely high end storesStaffKinda get the feeling the staff looks down their noses at you - especially in registration, casino host etc - had a few issues with billing ie being charged for complimentary items in my package that they were too bad so sad - very cut and dried, arbitrary even.
