6. Once we reached the room, it was already occupied and was due to be vacated by the couple as the view was of a roof (giving me a view of a roof even though I had told them it was for a surprise 30th is quite poor on service but I understand views cannot be guaranteed).

7. Also you need to hang your clothes in an open area in the bathroom, which of course gets your clothes damp when you shower---very poor design.
