After being charged to change the dates of the reservation, and be over charged to extend it by 2 more days, No honors points, really poor service, and listening to the conversations thru the walls of the shoe box sized room we were put in, we had to endure the 2 hour high pressure sales presentation.

4. Honestly the hotel was clean and reasonably rated but I don't think I will stay there again because the customer service was very poor.
