1. Our room on the 15th floor was quiet; we occasionally heard a door slam in the hallway but that was the only noise we experienced.

4. Free wi-fi, comfy bed and pillow, recently-renovated-room, nice and quiet, 7-eleven is only 2 blocks away, I could see monorail from my room but couldn't hear any noise.

7. Yes, there is noise during daytime hours (Nov 2011) from construction in the building and we spent one day (out of 9 day stay) with water shut off from 10am-3pm which was inconvenient but understandable.
